With expertise in psychology, nutrition, and public health, I help my clients address both individual challenges and systemic barriers. I'm especially interested in working with parents/families navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and feeding young kids. It's such a wildly transformative time—and a time where *lots* of food and body issues can come up. I'm based in Portland, Oregon, but since we'll meet virtually, you can be anywhere in the world.
