Hi there, I’m Emily Bown, a non-diet, weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian. I am originally from CA now living in Nashville TN. I have worked in ED care from residential, PHP, IOP, and OP for the last 10+ years. After having my 2 kiddos, my passion shifted to helping mommas regain their health and navigate the "bounce back" culture. I believe food should ENHANCE life, not consume it! I believe that our bodies are uniquely and wonderfully made, so all bodies are good bodies that deserve love and care, even if you desire to change it. I deeply believe that YOUR STORY MATTERS.
