Liz Wienke

Liz is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She received her masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN in 2010 and became a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor in 2020. Liz is passionate about working with clients who are seeking to make peace with food and their bodies. Liz is Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned and believes all bodies are worthy of respect and care. Liz integrates the ten principles of Intuitive Eating with other therapeutic techniques and modalities to address body image concerns, disordered eating, emotional eating and more. Liz is seeing clients in Minnesota and all sessions are currently telehealth only.
