Hello, I am Denise, I work with women who are ready to repair their relationship with food. Women can loose a part of themselves during the busyness of motherhood. When everything feels out of control, controlling our food and our appearance feels like the next best step. However for many it doesn't deliver the dream, the desire. I have a deep passion in supporting people with confidence and digestive struggles as I understand personally the challenges of managing IBS alongside disordered eating. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, Professional Life Coach (ICF ACC) and Registered Nutritional Therapist. I’ve also completed further training in Breath Coaching, Eating Disorders, Binge Eating, and Body Image healing. I am currently studying for my BSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy as I hold autonomy and integrity as my core values. I believe that you are the best expert of yourself and all of the Diet and Wellness noise is stopping you from living this version of yourself. All of my training but especially my own personal development enables me to provide a holistic approach for you to let go of dieting, find your confidence and make your desires a reality. I combine nutritional, behavioural and psychological interventions. However I most of all create a safe space where you will finally be heard, and allowed the room to discover what works for you.
