Hi! My name is Dana. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I have a passion for helping people heal their relationship with food and body image. I create a safe, welcoming atmosphere where you can share your story, and we’ll work together to build self-awareness and develop skills to support your physical, mental, and emotional health. I work with a variety of areas including disordered eating, body dissatisfaction, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and addiction. My approach combines elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness while integrating intuitive eating principles.
