Carolyn Doonan

Carolyn Doonan, MPM, BA, CIE, RYT - I personally know the pain of disordered eating and I am incredibly grateful for Intuitive Eating and how it can absolve that pain. I have 35 years of experience in the area of pastoral care, counseling and coaching. My work and heart are fully inclusive and I have a passion to be a voice for those who have been ill-treated and excluded from society and the church. I offer Intuitive Eating Counselling in-person, by phone and by Zoom. My passion is all about experiencing a fullness of Spirit in the totality of life - which includes, my hubby, my family, my friends, my work, reading and studying, foods - preparing and sharing, supporting those with disordered eating concerns, yoga, running, exercising, biking, hiking and trekking (especially with good buddies), SoulCollage®, my home, interior decorating, travel, my dog and nature. I am a wife, mother of five, mother-in-law, grandmother of seven, sister, aunt and friend. I am blessed and grateful for each one of these roles. I have lived in every province of Canada from Ontario westward and also in Arizona, USA. I now reside in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada on Vancouver Island which is in the Pacific Ocean. Now you know a little about me and I am excited to get to know you!
