I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Duke-Trained Integrative Health Coach, and Qualified Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Trainer. It is my passion to help women discover themselves again, whether it is through learning to trust themselves around food, taking the time they don’t think that they have, or helping them to tune into what is behind their self-sabotaging behaviors. Many of us believe that peace and happiness are for other people, but not for us.Or we think that we just need to get through a difficult time, and then we will be able to live the life we want. The truth is that we have that ability right now, but we have lost our way. Sometimes, traumatic life events, mental health issues or other painful experiences can freeze us in time, keeping us from moving forward, for fear of falling again. We need help finding our footing and trusting life again. I am here to help you do it.
