Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. I moved to Windermere, Florida in my junior year of high school. Graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor's degree in advertising and public relations and a double minor in marketing and psychology. Right after graduation, I started working with a therapist who helped me realize I had an unhealthy relationship with food. That's when my journey to recover from binge eating disorder started. It wasn't until I found intuitive eating that I started making real progress. Once I recovered from my eating disorder, I got inspired to help more people do the same thing.
