I am a Mexican-American Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who believes in a weight-inclusive approach. I work with disordered eating, eating disorders, and with chronic conditions such as IBS, PCOS, and diabetes. I provide respectful care to people of all sizes and work to promote flexible, individualized eating. Using intuitive eating principles, I can help you explore what your life may look like without a focus on weight or weight loss, and guide you towards a more peaceful relationship with food and your body. The journey isn’t always easy, but I’ll be by your side every step of the way. I am very proficient in Spanish. I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Emblem, and Oscar in the NY metropolitan area. Sliding scale is also available for those who meet certain income requirements.
