Carol Collins

Carol Collins has been a registered dietitian for 30 years. She has worked in a variety of clinical, public health and university settings. She is passionate about Intuitive Eating! She helps her clients to reclaim their ability to Eat Intuitively so that they can eat with freedom and ease. She uses the Intuitive Eating Principles to guide her clients through the process of self-discovery so that ultimately, they know that they are doing what is right for their bodies. She focuses on how well the body works and seeks to normalize rather than pathologize eating. The hallmarks of her counseling style are: meeting clients where they are, acknowledging them as experts on their own lives, communicating unconditional positive regard and modeling non-judgemental awareness and self-compassion.
