Carla Bredin, MSc, MA, BA, ANutr – Registered Associate Nutritionist (she/her) Hi. I’m Carla, Registered Associate Nutritionist and Director of Wild Healthy Nutrition. I help people sort through the information they’ve been told about their health and their bodies. I have an MSc in Nutritional Medicine from the University of Surrey and a Bachelors degree in Sociology and Politics. it is through this lense that my work as a Registered Nutritionist is framed and I am committed to social justice in everything I do, striving to make my clinic an inclusive and safe space for people of all ages, body size, health status, ethnicity, sexual orientation and gender identity. As a certified Intuitive Eating counsellor working within a non-diet framework, it is my hope that our work together will embolden you to live a life where peace and fulfilment with food and movement become just one of many facets to who you are and how you rightfully and joyfully thrive in the world.
