As a dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating counselor, my goal is to empower clients to develop a healthy, safe, and enjoyable relationship with food. With nearly 15 years of professional experience, I have worked in clinical and community based nutrition settings, with collegiate athletes, residential eating disorder patients, teens, adults, and families. Along the way, I discovered a passion for nutrition counseling. Inspired by the opportunity to come alongside individuals through their personal struggles with food and health, I enjoy the chance to work within a client’s comfort levels to provide nutrition guidance and information from a non-diet, weight-neutral, Intuitive Eating based lens. Every step taken, no matter how big or small, can have a lasting and meaningful impact on a person’s health and life. I currently see clients in person in Colorado, and virtually in many states including Hawaii, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming. Please feel free to inquire about your state!
