I am a Certified Life Coach specializing in Body Image in addition to being a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I help women make peace with their bodies and food, end the dieting cycle, and overcome self critical thought patterns. As someone in a larger body myself, I understand the pressures and special considerations that come with navigating body image and food when your body doesn't fit the thin ideal. I do all sessions virtually, and can serve clients in any state. I am a mother of 6 and enjoy spending time with family, swimming, baking, singing, and movies.
