Blair Silverman

Blair Silverman, MS, RDN, CDN, RYT-500 is a registered dietitian in private practice working with clients to help heal their relationship with food and body image. She works with a non-diet, HAES, intuitive eating approach. She is also a 500 hour ISHTA certified yoga teacher, 500 hour Urban Zen Integrative Therapist, Meditation guide and Reiki “Master”. She uses her own experience of recovery and journey of intuitive eating to work with her clients in a compassionate, trauma informed, non-judgmental manner. Her expertise lies in fusing spirituality and mind body practices to aid clients on their path of healing.
