Ariana Zurita is a mom of two boys, writer and Intuitive Eating Counselor based out of Southern California. After years of weight cycling (yo-yo dieting) struggling with disordered eating and feeling ashamed of her body, she decided to embark on what she now calls the most transformative journey of her life. It wasn’t until Ariana began diving into Intuitive Eating that she fully understood what she had been seeking for so many years: peace of mind, peace in her heart, peace with food and peace with her body.
