Anna Binder

Anna believes that the healing process involves a delicate balance of both learning and unlearning; unlearning the maladaptive coping mechanisms and ways of thinking about ourselves and others we have developed over time, while simultaneously learning new ways of coping and relating in order to unearth the person and relationships underneath the hardened layers of self-preservation. She firmly believes her clients to be the experts on their own lives and that we are all simply doing the best we can with what we have been taught at any given moment. She works with families, teens, children, couples and individuals with openness, authenticity, and a love of human nature in all its light and darkness. Anna is passionate about Body Positivity and the health at Every Size Movement and continues to receive training in the treatment of Eating Disorders.
