Andrea Parker is an Accredited Pracitising Dietitian with 10 years experience, she is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor and Provisional Sports Dietitian. She has worked in a variety of settings from the Intensive Care to Community Mental Health. Andrea is passionate about helping people develop a more peaceful and sustainable relationship with food and their body so that they can get back to the things that matter to them. Andrea also loves working with athletes and combines the principles of sports nutrition and intuitive eating, to help athletes fuel well while maintaining a flexible, all foods fit approach.
