I have been a licensed clinical mental health counselor since 2007 and am also a health and mindset Clini-Coach©️ and live in Asheville, NC - although I can see you anywhere in the world as a coach! I use my clinical training as a certified DBT therapist and certified Intuitive eating counselor to help people stop obsessing about food and their bodies, learn mindset shifts, and develop healthy habits for life. In our sessions I may utilize some of my clinical training in emotional regulation issues, interpersonal skills, body image issues and healthy coping skills. I work from a strengths-based approach and enjoy using humor in my sessions! I also enjoy kickboxing, reading, and weight training in my spare time, and am the biggest Michael Jackson and Golden Girls fan you will ever meet!
