Originally from Kentucky, I moved to Nashville to play soccer at Belmont University and obtain a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Through my experience as an athlete with a disordered eating history, I gained a passion for fitness and helping others heal their food relationships. After working as a postpartum nurse for over a year, I began pursuing my dream career in health & wellness. I am now an ISSA certified Elite Trainer, Head Trainer of multiple F45 studios, and certified by the Original Intuitive Eating Pros!
