My intention with Hey Happiness is to empower my clients to a natural, positive and intuitive relationship with food, yourself and their body. I will do this by freeing them from negative thoughts of the body and food, and helping them reconnect with themself, so that they once again can find the joy of life, well-being and body freedom that they deserve. I have a professional bachelor's degree in Global Nutrition and Health specializing in weight-neutral health and am a certified Intuitive Eating counselor. I am currently during my Masters in Health Promotion, Health Strategies and Psychology, hoping to write my thesis on Intuitive Eating. Hey Happiness is created out of the desire that we all deserve to feel good, feel comfortable with who we are and connected to the body we live in. With tools such as intuitive eating, positive psychology, acceptance and commitment theory, etc. I aspire to give my clients back the control so that they can say "Hey Happiness". Because happiness is for everyBody.
