We apply Intuitive Eating to help our patients get in touch with their hunger and fullness cues, honor their cravings and their bodies, learn to use nutrition knowledge to fit their lifestyles and medical conditions, and actually enjoy eating again (!!). We also believe in Health at Every Size, which is an approach to becoming as healthy as possible - physically, mentally, and emotionally - regardless of size, weight, or BMI. Both of these approaches are based on the idea that crash diets and yo-yo dieting often leave us feeling frustrated, confused, and disappointed - when it is the diets that are failing us, and not the other way around. Nourished with Kindness is a group practice of Registered Dietitians and recovery coaches who currently work with clients in-person in Westlake Village, CA or virtually over HIPAA-compliant video conferencing. Our dietitians are in-network with some major insurance companies.
