Alison Barkman

Hi, I am Alison, a registered dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor with over 14 years of experience working in nutrition and exercise settings. I work privately with clients using a mindful, intuitive approach to nutrition. I work with teens and adults in-person in Floral Park and Rockville Centre, NY. My goal is to help teens and adults stop following food rules, feel positive about their bodies, and actually enjoy food (NO restriction and misery!!). I'm also a certified pilates teacher teaching both group and private pilates sessions.
