I believe every woman has the right to feel good in her body and release any food rules and restriction! After years and years of battling through this myself, I found intuitive eating. Using intuitive eating, I was finally able to be present in the moment, feel normal around food and release the cycle of destructive body bashing. I help women do the same, to feel present in the moment, feel comfortable in their skin (it won't always be rainbows and unicorns!), and feel free around food!
