Hi! I’m Abigail, and I personally know what it’s like to struggle with food and body image. I dieted for over twenty years of my life until I found a coach who showed me the life changing philosophy of Intuitive Eating. Through our work together, my life dramatically changed. I learned that it was possible to feel at ease around food, eat what I really wanted, and honor my body’s health all at the same time. I made peace with food and my body, stopped dieting once and for all, and in the process, discovered a rich and peaceful life that had been there all along. Determined to educate and help others, I studied alongside co-founder Evelyn Tribole and received my Intuitive Eating counseling certification. As both a Registered Nurse and an Intuitive Eating Counselor, I am on a mission to empower women to see more in themselves beyond their bodies, find freedom around food, and finally create their very own Freedom Plate.
